It’s that time of year! Christmas has faded into the distance, but our New Year’s resolutions are still fresh in our memories. Many of us decide that it’s time to lose weight after the holidays, but getting started seems hard. And if we’ve been dieting before only to put those pounds on again later, how can we motivate ourselves to start all over again yet one more time? Well, it’s time to make a real change, like I have done. Using a combination of detox and healthy, wholesome nutrition, I have lost weight easily and steadily, with seemingly no effort. I even lost weight over the Christmas holidays, while still enjoying myself, and eating all the foods I wanted to. If I can do it, so can you!
It doesn’t have to be hard, difficult or stressful to get slim. Think about it: Losing excess fat means you are becoming healthier! That should feel good, right? Well, it can, and it does, if you are opting for a healthy, sustainable weight loss programme, one that not only helps you to shed those pounds, but enables and empowers you to keep the extra weight off for good. That has certainly been my own experience with the Healthy Wealthy Weight Loss programme: As I lost weight, I started to have more energy, felt lighter in my movements, more alert, and generally more at home in my body. I also was healthier — when other people around me spluttered with their annual winter colds, I just carried on. It never felt like an ordeal. It felt great – and continues to do so.
