Ok, So I am really going to push my own buttons now. On the left is a picture of myself a little over a year go, when I learnt diving in April. It is not a pretty sight and I am a little embarrassed about it. But only a little bit, because I have come a long way from that since then. On the right is a picture of myself taken this morning, 12 weeks into my weight loss programme. I’ve smashed my 2nd, most ambitious target this morning, weighing in with 89.8 KG. Given that I am 194cm tall, I think that’s probably as low as I would need to go. But looking at the picture on the right you can see that there is still a bit of fat left from the moobs, and the love handles haven’t gone entirely. So now I am exploring whether the rest just is a question of toning rather than further weight loss. I haven’t been a gym member for years, but I suspect it is time to join one now.
Look at the transformation, though, that I achieved in just 12 weeks. I am pretty chuffed about that! If I can do it, so can you! Losing weight with Juice Plus Complete was not particularly hard. I had no cravings, hunger pangs, etc and never felt deprived. On the contrary, I had more energy, better mood, and slept better. It’s obvious why, though: Fuelling your body properly, with the right foods, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients means that it isn’t going into survival mode, trying to fight to keep the fat on — it will part with it happily!
